WHAT DO WE NEED TO RENT OUR PROPERTY OUT TO GUESTS AS A RENTAL?
To rent out your property, as a holiday let or a long term rental - you will require a tourist licence. This can be obtained from your local town hall. Your solicitor can apply for one of these on your behalf.
WE WANT TO BOOK A HOLIDAY - HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We have a variety of different properties available for holiday rental, and once you have decided which one is perfect for you - we can check the schedule of said property and check the availability for you. If the property is available, you can then secure your holiday by paying a deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost - then you have up to 8 weeks prior of your check in date to pay the rest! We take care of everything else for you - we can even arrange your cab from the airport! Happy Holidays!
