All of the bedrooms are complete with fitted wardrobes. The property has an underbuild with another bedroom and bathroom, adjacent is the garage where there is enough space for a small car. Two bicycles are stored in the garage and any guest staying at the property is welcome to use them.

Just a short walk away from the property is also a beautiful communal swimming pool to enjoy with a bar and restaurant, there is a small fee of 6€ per day.

The local shop is just a short walk away for any essentials that you may need. Or if you prefer to take a trip into Guardamar town its only 3-5 minute drive away.
